Inspire Wellness & Aesthetics Spa Policies

  1. Appointment Booking

    Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, by phone at (404) 282-4126, or in person at our Atlanta location. We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred provider and time. – Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email or text with your appointment details. Please review carefully and contact us promptly if any changes are needed. – Parking: Complimentary 4-hour parking is available when following the parking instructions provided in your confirmation email. – Arrival Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any required forms and prepare for your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other guests’ appointment times, with no adjustment to the service fee. – Minimum Age: Clients must be 18 or older for aesthetic services (e.g., injectables, laser treatments). Spa services such as facials or massages are available to clients aged 16+ with parental consent.

  2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

    Cancellation Window: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $100 fee. – No-Shows: Failure to show without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. – Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. – How to Cancel: Please call us at (404) 282-4126 or email admin@inspirewellnessaesthetics.com to cancel or reschedule. Online cancellations may also be made through our booking system.

  3. Payment Policies

    Accepted Payments: We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Personal checks are not accepted. – Service Fees: Prices are listed on our website and at the spa. All services are subject to Georgia state sales tax (8.9%). – Deposits: A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment. Mandatory Service Charge: An 18% service charge will be automatically added to all massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. This mandatory charge supports our talented team and helps us maintain exceptional service quality. It will be applied at checkout. – Gratuity (Other Services): Gratuity is not included in service prices for all other treatments. A suggested gratuity of 18–20% is appreciated for exceptional service and may be added at checkout. – Refunds: Services and retail products are non-refundable once performed or purchased. Exceptions may be made for defective products with a receipt, at management’s discretion.

  4. Health & Safety

    Health Screening: All clients must complete a brief intake form before aesthetic treatments. Please disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in service denial without refund. – Sanitation: All equipment, tools, and treatment rooms are sanitized according to CDC and Georgia state guidelines. Staff follow strict hygiene and PPE protocols. – Contraindications: Some services may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. Our providers will review any contraindications during your consultation. – Allergies: Please notify us of any product or ingredient sensitivities before your appointment. – Illness Policy: Clients showing symptoms of contagious illness (fever, cough, infection) will be asked to reschedule. Mask requirements may be adjusted based on current health guidelines.

  5. Client Conduct

    Respectful Environment: We maintain a serene, professional atmosphere. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior, harassment, or intoxication will result in immediate termination of service and possible future booking restrictions. – Cell Phones: Please silence mobile devices to maintain a tranquil environment. – Personal Belongings: Inspire Wellness & Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Secure storage is available upon request. – Children & Guests: Only clients receiving services are permitted in treatment areas to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

  6. Gift Cards, Memberships & Packages

    – Gift Cards: Available in any denomination and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please present the physical card or code at checkout. – Spa Packages: Multi-service packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. – Memberships: If you cancel your membership, your treatment vouchers must be used within the last 30 days of your membership, or they will expire. – Promotions: Discounts or promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Please confirm terms when booking.

  7. Privacy & Confidentiality

    Client Information: All personal and medical information is protected under HIPAA and Georgia privacy laws. Your information will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law. – Photography: Before-and-after photos may be taken for safety and documentation purposes. Photos will only be shared publicly (e.g., on social media or marketing materials) with your signed consent.

  8. Spa Etiquette

    Attire: Robes, towels, and slippers are provided as needed. Please follow staff guidance regarding appropriate attire for your treatment. – Quiet Environment: Kindly keep voices low in common areas to respect other guests’ relaxation. – Feedback: We value your experience. Please share any feedback or concerns directly with our management team or via email at admin@inspirewellnessaesthetics.com.

  9. Aesthetic-Specific Policies

    Consultations: A consultation is required for new aesthetic clients to discuss goals, risks, and aftercare. This is a $75 appointment, but it will be applied to your chosen aesthetic treatment. – Aftercare: Follow all post-treatment instructions provided by your provider to ensure the best results and safety. – Touch-Ups: Some treatments may require follow-up sessions or touch-ups at additional cost, at the provider’s discretion.

  10. Inclement Weather & Emergencies

    Closures: In case of severe weather or emergencies, we may temporarily close for safety.
